Does your template price include design installation?

Yes. Our template price includes free installation of your design template, stylesheet, and all associated graphics as
long as you are using a shopping cart/hosting solution that is on our approved list.
If you use a host that is not on our approved list...please contact us prior to purchase so we can confirm whether we will
be able to provide you with installation services.
How long does it take to customize a ready made template?

Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday) from when we receive your customization questionnaire for us to
customize the template with your information.
Do you have a phone number we may contact you at?

As a virtual business, we prefer to communicate via email. This allows us to keep an accurate record of the correspondence
between both parties and eliminates any confusion regarding what was discussed.
For security reasons we do not give out personal information or phone numbers for any of our employees or staff.
We understand that once a contract has been entered into you may want to contact us via telephone to discuss some issues...
We will consider these requests on a client to client basis.
